Home Engineering Consultations [HEC] is a service intended to protect consumers and lead them through the home purchase and construction process of building a new home. Forwarded documents and pictures are reviewed and recommendations are made to the consumer. These recommendations may take the form of instructions for the consumer to provide more information, do more in depth site visits looking for particular defects, seek out local and state certified legal help, or hire local engineering or mortgage professionals based on the information provided to HEC.

I Patrick Missud, as the owner of HEC, am qualified and certified in the capacities as scanned in the ‘credentials’ tab in the states listed. In the other states not listed I am not registered in any capacity, however still offering these same services. If you have any questions regarding the legality of this site and offered services in your specific state, you are urged to contact your specific state’s attorney general’s office and/or consumer protections bureau for further advice.

The paypal system or other federally certified form of payment such as bank check or usps money order, in conjunction with US mail fraud statutes, are your guarantee that you will not be defrauded through this HEC service.

The standard contract as scanned under the ‘standard contract‘ tab will be electronically mailed or faxed to your location to begin the consulting process. Phone consultations are also always available to clients to discuss specific details and general findings, and offer further advice.
